Vegan selection - Edit
Great selection of vegan items: cheese, tofu, biltong, cream cheese, milk, Joghurt and even sausage/meat slices. Best selection we have found so far. Definitely a must visit if you have troubles finding vegan items in supermarkets.

This Spar has so many vegan foods! From sweets, imported and local to frozen foods, ice creams and cereals. They also have a health section for gluten free & sugar free foods. Find desserts and ready made meals at the deli, clearly marked vegan.

A lovely shop for vegan goods - Edit
We often drive for 2 hours to get to this shop as it is one of the most vegan friendly in the KZN area. They stock great vegan cheese (Utopia), vegan meats (fry's and spacebar), tofu, vegan ice cream, and really delicious Karma Free vegan prepared meals. They often have vegan friendly shortbread and jam biscuits too which are wonderful! It really is a lovely shop and we also really love their delicious complementary items such as marinated artichokes and olives and they always have something new and vegan to try. We love this shop! (Note: Utopia cheese and the Sage marinated artichokes go together perfectly on a toasted bun!)
