My omni husband and I loved this place so much that we went twice. The combo meal (burrito, salad, fries, soft drink) is really filling and varied and delicious. I tried two different burritos (the seasonal burrito and the avocado & beans burrito) and they were both totally different but very tasty. The fries alone are worth going back for and all the condiments very flavourful. They also offer several hot sauces to add to your meal at your leisure and they do vegan ice cream (was too full to try it unfortunately). It's also worth mentioning that the burritos can be served fresh or deep fried like a chimichanga (I didn't try it but my husband did and said it was incredible). The staff are very friendly and welcoming and even remembered us when we came back. I wish I could give it 5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing food and kind staff that speak English. It’s down the stairs and has a great atmosphere for drinks etc. highly recommend would give 5 stars if I could!

Amazing burritos and hangout spot - Edit
This place was a life saver, so happy to find it in Japan, was very worried I wouldn’t find many vegan options in tokyo but this place blew me away. Would recommend as someone who struggles to find veggie food for a good price

Very friendly staff greet you as you walk in, and there were several vegan burrito options available. Their seasonal burritos also always have a vegan option. I’m a fan of the beans and avocado burrito. Excellent range of hot sauces to spice things up, and they even do a vegan ice cream!

Had a combo of fries, a drink and a avocado-bean burrito. You can have the burrito deep-fried if you want to. I liked the food but it was a little too much! The place is good for a quick lunch/dinner.

« Not so junk » junk food options: the combo includes a salad, a burrito of your choice, french fries, sauces and a drink! The salad was good (a little too much vinaigrette for me, but I’m not a sauce person haha), french friends were delicious, the avocado/beans burrito was a little plain, but still good.😄

I ordered the season vegan burrito by recommendation of the staff. They were very helpful and explained the sauces/what was inside the burrito. I really liked the burrito although it is not your traditional Mexican burrito style. It was a great price at ¥1000 for the set or ¥800~ for just the burrito!

Very friendly staff that asked if I was vegan or vegetarian, then explained everything that was vegan and what was not. I can imagine if it was busy there would be a wait for food, but I think it’s worth it. The food is delicious, burritos are small compared to home and very small compared to the USA, take this in to consideration and order 2 if you’re hungry. Cool atmosphere although small, it’s cozy. I’ll be back on my next trip. Arigatou gozaimasu.

I haven't seen any other review mentioning this so maybe I just went on a bad night, but good lord.
Read moreMy boyfriend and I got here around 6:45 or 6:50. We were the only ones there. Another group of two quickly came in. We took some time choosing from the menu. My boyfriend got a Captain Morgan's and vegan salad bowl. I got a lychee grapefruit cocktail, large vegan salsa burrito (nonfried) and fries.
The drinks came pretty fast. The salad took maybe 15-20 minutes. My burrito and fries took over 30 minutes. WTF?? That long for a little burrito and fries? I didn't even get the friend burrito option so I don't understand why it took so long, ESPECIALLY since we were the first people there.
The other party that came in directly after us got fed up and asked for their food to go, as did a party that came in later and waited for a good 30+ minutes. I felt so bad for them, they looked so annoyed.
To me it seemed like the situation was this. When we first got in, there was only a young woman there. She was nice and got us our drinks quickly. My boyfriend thinks she was a newbie. I didn't notice until later but there was a guy too who was the only one cooking (guessing he was the only kitchen staff? Maybe the girl wasn't allowed to cook, idk, but I thought she was cooking before he came). He wasn't there when we first got to Hideout so I wonder if he was late or something. IDK.
Basically, I'm wondering if this was just a bad night or whatever. Maybe because it's Sunday, maybe they were understaffed. But wow, it definitely made me never want to go back. Only reason I would is to see if it's not usually like this.
Food itself was not bad. If it took 10 minutes I would have given a higher ranking.

Great tasting burrito - could’ve had two - Edit
Excellent service - English was a bonus, and very attentive. I had the vegan burrito for dinner. It’s not large, so would probably go with the combo next time. Will definitely be back!

Dites que vous êtes vegan et ils vous feront un plat sur mesure (il y a du thon à la base dans le burrito vege mais ils ne manquent pas de vous le dire !). Délicieux, frais, fait sur place d’où un peu d’attente mais au moins c’est au top !

Good veg lunch option - Edit
This place seems to be a bar at night that has started offering burritos at lunch. They have several non-veg options and 1 "vege burrito". When I ordered it the staff asked if I was vegetarian/vegan and said they had a different salad dressing if so, so worth mentioning when you order if they don't ask.
Read moreThe burritos here are actually fried, so maybe closer to chimichangas? But if you prefer a lighter option they may be able to just offer it as-is, I didn't investigate but may ask next time we go. The filling of the vegan option was tasty, as were the salad and french fries.
The staff were all very friendly, and spoke great English. Good to have another option for lunch in Shibuya!
One thing to note is that they use a lot of disposable plastic (drink cups, straws, forks etc), so if you prefer to avoid that you may want to take your own reusable ones with you.
