Lots of vegan products! (Now called “Hi Veggie”) - Edit
I accidentally discovered this shop at the end of my days in Santiago and I wished I had found it before. I had been looking for tofu for a while and the local supermarkets didn’t have it (Tottus and Express Lider). You can find it here and they also have a lot of other vegan products. I ended up buying a seitan burger (good) and an ice-cream (very good!).

Vegan friendly grocery store - Edit
I like that they label most of their products. A lot of them are vegan. At V&N you can stock up on burgers, vegetable milk, snacks, sweet treats, pasta, nuts, ice cream, vegan cheeses and more. Great place.

Muy bien ubicado a pasos del metro Santa Isabel y al lado de Sinfonía del Sabor, ofrece una gran cantidad de productos veganos, también tienen tofu (que se agradece ya que es difícil de encontrar por el sector) y me comentaron que ya casi no venden productos no veganos ya que han cambiado todos los productos. Atienden increíble y los precios están súper.
