It‘s the only vegan option in Torgau as far as I know. And it‘s worth a try! The waitress was friendly, but not well informed about veganism, but could solve it by asking the cook. What I got was a real huge size of vegetable curry (see photos - what you cannot see is that there is a lot of tofu, vegetables and curry sauce underneath the rice, too!) - which tasted fresh, had a lot of smoked tofu in it (I think they put the whole package on my plate, because they thought there wouldn‘t be another vegan food order today😉). It was nothing special and no sensation in taste, but decent and filling.

Lecker, bunt und sehr "vegan-friendly" - Edit
Wir sind aufgrund des Eintrags in happy cow am Ende dort gelandet (in der Gegend ist es absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass sich Restaurants/Cafés mit dem Thema vegan beschäftigen) und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben einen schönen Platz im Innenhof bekommen und schon die Atmosphäre war sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Freundliche Bedienung, die uns durch die in der Tat etwas verwirrende Karte geführt hat (ein Gericht mit Schafskäse z.b. war als vegan gekennzeichnet). Suppe vorweg: absolut empfehlenswert und unsere vegan abgewandelten Hauptgerichte waren auch sehr lecker. Am Ende gab es noch einen sehr leckeren Cappuccino mit Sojamilch. Insgesamt auch ein tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und ein angenehmer Umgang mit der Corona-Situation.

We loved the outside seating area, it was very calm, tucked away and green. The waitress was friendly enough. I asked for a vegan dish and had to explain that meat, milk and eggs arent vegan and i dont think she got it 100%. The menu is a bit confusing. There are some great dishes though! Pretty yummy and some good vegetable filled food. Its not too expensive either. Unfortunately, they were out of soy milk. ):

Pre made vegan options not really available but many can be made vegan. Waitress well informed about veganism and helped me and stepdad find options. Labels on food confusing so read description and ask workers, but a very nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.
