Relaxing place, nice food - Edit
I loved phe ambiance here, really chilled. thế playing music was soothing, matching so well with its calm and slow atmosphere. The food was nice. I had a huge bowl of Mi Quang with fresh herb and veggies. A bit salty for me but it is only a personal preference.
