Un endroit extrêmement agréable où passer un bon moment et se régaler, tout simplement. Le fait que la carte soit petite ne dérange absolument pas et est un gage de qualité. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel souriant et sympathique. Les plats sont recherchés, savoureux, copieux et sortent de l’ordinaire. Vraiment une superbe découverte. Je recommande fortement !

Tout est vegetalien, terrasse très sympathique en léger surplomb de la rue, personnel adorable, dans des prix moyens de resto vegan, les plats sont peu nombreux mais ne se ressemblent pas. Faites attention aux horaires d'ouverture, mais ça vaut le coup.

A beautiful small restaurant with great food and friendly staff. We had a cauliflower quiche (served with rice and a small green salad). Then we tried a chocolate fondant and a latte (with almond milk). Everything was really good! Worth a visit :)

🇫🇷 J’attendais avec impatience de pouvoir découvrir ENFIN un resto complètement vegan à Rennes. Je n’ai pas été déçue. La carte est très concise mais la cuisine est parfaitement maîtrisée. J’adore le concept de cuisine fusion et le fait qu’il y ait beaucoup de choix de boissons.

Two main dishes at lunch, an aubergine curry and bun Bo when we visited.

The owner is very helpful and friendly and since it wasn't too busy we could chat a bit.

Je suis allé ce restaurant à 3 reprises en 2 semaines. Une fois pour un repas avec mon amie, nous avons été conquis à tous les deux. Et les deux autres fois pour un goûter, les pâtisseries sont vraiment bonnes, le thé également. Le propriétaire est vraiment cool.

I had the caramelised soy proteins (served with salad and rice), leek and shiitake quiche (served with salad), and matcha and white chocolate muffin. All were super good! The restaurant is small but has outdoor seating in the summer.

There aren't many vegan options in France so finding Herbosaurus was such a treat - delicious and simple vegan Vietnamese food. There are only a few items on the menu which makes it easy to decide and helps you know that the meals have been perfected and made on site. I was fortunate to be there when they had Bun Bo on the menu for the week - a fresh and tasty Vietnamese vermicelli noodle dish.
