Serves meat, vegan options available. Lunch/dinner menu has one vegan étouffée dish, which comes with a spicy creole sauce and rice. Located in Aksarben village. Removed December 2022 due to lack of vegan options.

No vegan options anymore

Although they list a vegan etoufee on their menu online, it is not on their in person menu. When I asked about it, they let me know they no longer serve that dish. It was their only vegan dish. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend going to Herbe Sainte if you are looking for vegan (or even vegetarian!) options.

Cons: No vegan options , Online menu not up to date, Expensive
