Perfect spot for food - Edit
It was karnival in Cologne and I was starving. It was hard to find somewhere open, but I was very happy this place was.
Read moreThe shop is small and perfect for getting quick bites and delicious coffee drinks. They have a bunch of different sandwiches and paninis.
The people who served me also spoke English so that helped because I don't speak German.
They have a fridge to get cold drinks from, glasses for free water, as well as a large menu of hot drinks they will make there at the counter.
There are a few small tables and one or two larger tables for bigger groups, but it's a cozy spot.
I got two sandwiches. The first was the "Early Bird" which was a tofu "egg" sandwich on a multi grain bun. I thought the tofu egg was really good and the bread was ok. I was starving so I ordered more food. I got the "Grill me" which was a panini sandwich with vegan salami and mozzarella. It had the best flavor and texture. I would get that one again next time.
The Apple chai was delicious. They used oat milk in it and it was the perfect level of hot where you could drink it immediately when it came out. It wasn't boiling my tongue off. The spice and apple flavors were sweet and delicious.

Read moreWe loved it!!! Only spent a weekend in cologne and came here twice. The variety of hot drinks and the vegan cream on top (omg! You gotta try) so many sandwich choices too and croissants i.g. With such an amazing giotto cream. It‘s a vegans paradise for sure. Thank you to the lovely team.

The combination of pastries was very creative and delicious. Especially the cheesecake! However I was missing a bit more of fruits and veggies for a brunch. It’s mostly carbs and sugar. The prices are pretty good.
