Gem in the middle of Utah - Edit
This restaurant is cute and intimate with a separate vegan menu (watch out for honey though). They also have a great cocktail and mock tail menu. The meal was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Staff was also very personable. If I didn’t live hundreds of miles away I’d be back again.

Cons: Careful of honey in items

Ask for the separate Vegan menu - Edit
Disagree with the other review, their homemade tofu was delicious and we loved the food and atmosphere! It was such a great find that actually felt fancy for two people who were otherwise eating road-trip scraps and camp-cooking. There was a cauliflower dish that I ordered before asking about a vegan menu which may have been vegetarian but it was really tasty. Really good wine list as well and I enjoyed reading about the history of the restaurant and its owners. What a random and unique place.

Disappointing for vegans - Edit
This place has a good reputation so their meat dishes must be very good. Only two dishes on their menu that were vegan were a posole and a salad. The posole was bland and the salad was fine but not great. If you're a vegan don't go out of your way to eat here, like I did.
