Delicious bakes and lovely staff - Edit
When you walk in, the comforting scent of bread and some sweetness greets you, along with an array of tempting treats that vary each day (how does she think of all her different creations?). On the afternoon/evening I went I tried the lotus biscoff cookie, the black sesame scone and later returned and tried the chocolate almond melting bread.
Read moreBeing Australian, the scone was not the usual soft scone I'm used to but a more cookie-like, crumbly texture, which I enjoyed immensely. The biscoff cookie had a more complex spice profile than the commercial lotus bikkies, which was evident through comparing the taste of the homemade cookie to the decorative bikkie sitting on top. I warmed the cookie in the microwave which added to its comforting heartiness.
I returned for the choco-almond bread because I was so curious as to why it was described as "melting". The owner kindly informed me that this was due to the way the chocolate chips she put in 'melted' into the bread when baked, and it would taste even better if heated slightly in the microwave. The chunks of almond mixed with the gooey melted chocolate, all contained within fluffy bread was heavenly! Will definitely return before the end of my time in Busan to see what she has crafted on other days.
Pros: Delicious treats, Friendly service, Variety

Yummy little bakery - Edit
Still had some delicious dessert buns and cookies when I arrived just before closing. So good to have some dessert after a while. I tried the sesame custard bun and the red velvet cookie, both sooo good. Lovely staff and cute aesthetic. Highly recommend, although be careful to use another map as HappyCow as the location marked completely wrong.

Best bakery in Busan - Edit
Small little bakery in Jeonpo. I came here many times and everything I tried was phenomenal. I don't know how she manages to get her bread this soft and delicious.
Read moreThe owner is the sweetest and kindest person. We saw that she had offered fruit sandwiches the previous month and when asking her about it she offered to make them for us even though they were no longer on the menu. She asked us to just message her two days before to prepare the items. I was so excited to try vegan fruit sandwiches and they did not disappoint! If you're in busan you should definitely pay her a visit!

Great bakery for take away - Edit
Fully vegan bakery for take away. Super Friendly owner. Opened three months ago.
Read moreNice displayed products with gluten free options (rice flour). Some bread/ toast as well. I tried cookies, scones and a Madeleine
Price is more than fair. Everything was delicious! So fresh and great taste! Highly recommend when in Busan.
I am a huge fan of sesame and the cookie/scone had an intense flavor. The mugwort Madeleine was very fluffy and airy texture! Great as well
Also The Cookie with huge chocolate chips and great almonds. Everything more on The sweet Side.
Highly recommend this place when in Busan! Closed on Tuesday
Pros: Vegan, Friendly , Changing options

heeso is a small little bakery that offers rice breads, cookies, and scones. the cookies didn’t really look my style so i chose a savory scone and my friend got bread. we both agreed that they were tasty. they weren’t too expensive and the owner was kind.
