Delicious home made burger & more - Edit
It was a true delight to find so many vegan options on a menu in Terschelling! De burger patty is home made and was a true surprise. Really good structure and flavor. Highly recommended. We also lived the corn ribs with the vegan parsley aioli. They have vegan mayo with the fries.

The burger was ok, not super. The mayo was vegan, but the salad not😒note to self: when ordering something vegan always tell them that you want it vegan!

Simple but tasty burger and croquettes - Edit
The heartbreak hotel is your typical beach cafe and restaurant but then decorated in 50s and 60s style. They serve some vegan dishes. I had the burger and my partner the croquettes on bread. Both were simple but tasty. Also, portion size is good. Staff was a bit busy, so we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks and food. Would come back though!

Heartbreak Hotel is een leuke plek om te lunchen. Helaas was koffie of cappuccino met plantaardige melk niet mogelijk. Wel keuze uit enkele vegan opties. De huisgemaakte vegan burger smaakte goed maar was vrij zout. Er was weinig groente bij.

Good vegan burger - Edit
I ordered the vegan burger on a gluten free bun. Tasted very good! I was also in the mood for a cappuccino or milkshake but they don't serve any plant based milk, sadly.

De burger was heerlijk, een lekkere saus zat erbij. De bitterballen en kroketten waren ook erg lekker. Wij hebben lekker gegeten en daarna met volle buik een strand wandeling gemaakt.

We had the „VEGAN-Burger“ from the Diner menu, and enjoyed it quite well. The patty was pea based and the burger had a cocktail like sauce on it.

We also tried the cocos based bitterballen, which were fine (i never tried bitterballen before) and served with mustard.
I also appreciated that they verified everyones covid vaccine-certificate before letting us in.

Leuke strandtent met jaren 50 rock n roll look. We hebben daar geluncht. Voor lunch hebben ze Oma Bobbe kroketten op brood of een vegan burger. Lekker gegeten, vriendelijk personeel.
