Could and should be better - Edit
Might not qualify to be listed on HC since it really has only a couple of vegan options. The Garden Party ramen was tasty. But, there was only one vegan noodle option: spinach. When I asked what made other noodle options non-vegan, the waiter had to check with someone else and came back to say that the other noodles, including udon, were made with egg. Seems strange to me. Also, the ramen came with only three small pieces of tofu. For the price, that seemed chintzy. They really could do better.
