As of Nov '21 the vegan choices include jicama salad, green salad, sambucas (crispy tacos), whole roasted beets with cashew cream, and whole roasted eggplant with mole. Located across from RosaNegra. Open Wed-Sun 5:30pm-10:00pm. Closed Mon-Tues.

Vegan-specific menu

Very busy on a Thursday night in mid-November. Reservations recommended. Staff knows what "vegan" means and even shared the specific vegan options available, a couple of which weren't on the chalkboard menu. My favorite was the green salad. The sambucas (i.e., crispy vegan tacos) were pretty good, but the whole roasted eggplant with mole tasted a little bland. Didn't have wifi, which seems strange on Tulum Beach.
