Great & affordable fast food - Edit
Nice to see cheap options in an expensive city for vegans. Food quality is a notch above other vegan fast food places I’ve experienced. Dined in with a burger and will probably get one to go!

OMG. The food here is really good. I had the Deluxe Hot N’ Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was so good. Definitely spicy but really tasty. The tots and chocolate shake were great as well. Highly recommend this place.

Food ready quickly. Decent for vegan fast food, though menu is limited. Mostly fake meat, only salad fries otherwise. Deluxe Hot and Crispy Chicken Sandwich was very greasy but delicious! Disappointed there’s no shirts for sale yet. Cool design.

An authentic fast-food experience - Edit
I was so excited to visit Hart House during my trip to LA that I went straight there from the airport with all my baggage in tow! Although I’ve many times had great vegan fast-food style fare (and in many instances better than the hart house food), this felt like the first AUTHENTIC vegan fast food experience I’ve ever had. Short wait queue, cheaper price points, and the fact that you can see the food being quickly pieced together behind the order counter felt reminiscent of a time long past when fast, cheap, and easy were my main priorities in sourcing a meal. It’s rare to see conscious food in this kind of space, let alone a restaurant with an ENTIRELY vegan menu. It was all very accessible and down-to-earth…which can be difficult to find in the plant-based scene. I had the deluxe hot n crispy chick’n meal with a vanilla shake and it served a friendly level of heat, sweetness, and crispness that satisfied my typical fast food cravings. Very exciting to experience a possible fast-food revolution in its infancy, and cheers to Kevin Hart for making it happen!

I had the deluxe crispy sandwich and it did not disappoint me at all it was one of the best chick”N sandwich I’ve ever had.

One thing I didn’t like is my food was warm and not hot and I sat in there and ate so it was no reason why my food should’ve been warm.

Finally made it to Hart House yesterday and we loved it! Got the spicy chicken deluxe with tots, my partner got the single burger and fries and we shared an Oreo shake.
Read moreChicken was meaty and robust, not dense and chewy like most chicken replacements, tasted amazing, but could’ve been a little more spicy. Burger was really tasty, I’d get the double because the patty isn’t huge, but the flavor definitely on point! Tots and fries both crispy and perfect. Shake was thick and satisfying.
I’ll be back here too much

Just went there for the first time. Light, open, airy, friendly vibe. Had the deluxe crispy chick'n. Really tasty. The strawberry vegan shake was rich and creamy.

Good eco-angle that the sandwich is in paper, that can be put in the compost bin. They have a 'recycle', 'compost' and 'trash' bin.
Parking across the street on same side of the street (ocean side of Sepulveda). Great place.

My family ate here just a few days ago and the food was great. I loved that the packaging was primarily paper so it could all be recycled (after removing the stickers).

i was so excited to hear that kevin hart was starting a vegan restaurant. and i was even more excited to be able to actually try it!! amazing vegan burgers and tots. the ambiance was super cool and the prices were insanely reasonable? the single burger was only $5.99. hope it becomes a nationwide chain😄

I went on a Wednesday around lunch time and only waited a couple of minutes to place my order. I ordered the single patty burger combo with frots (fries/tots), and some nuggets. I don’t know, maybe I’ve been vegan for too long and don’t remember what real cheddar tastes like, but the cheese on their burgers tasted just like cheddar to me. Delicious! Both the fries and tots were super crispy, and the berry patch drink was so good. The only thing I didn’t like was their ranch dressing. A little too much vinegar for me. Finally, I can’t say enough about the staff. Really attentive and friendly. That alone would make me come back, but the food is top notch too.

House-made patties! 😱 - Edit
I visited on opening day! My food was ready in less than 5 minutes after ordering. The patties were really good! I was happy to hear that they make them in house. I accidentally ordered the chicken burger that comes with the patty, pickle slices and Mayo… and I was not a fan.. (Mayo by itself with pickles is not enjoyable for me) but I loved the chicken sandwich with the kale slaw in it. Also the drinks were very fun and exciting! I genuinely appreciate the effort and awesome vibes that this place has - and the low prices for such yummy food and creative drinks.

First impressions are the people handling the line are very polite and can talk about the food. We went the second day after they first opened, so the line took around 10 min. While we waited they told us the off menu items - frytots and a triple deck burg’r. Second, the food is good. But spicy is barely spicy. I had the spicy chick’n sandwich, French fry’s, tater tots and a strawberry shake. I would eat there again when I’m nearby.
