Sizzling Thai Goodness - Edit
My friend's were raving about Ayara Thai as being their favorite Thai restaurant on the west side, and I have to say that they certainly are up there in quality and pricing.
Read moreHaving just landed at LAX, it was a close enough walk to get to Ayara Thai from Terminal 1 to meet friends for lunch. They do not offer dine-in for lunch but have plenty of outdoor seating. You order either from the kiosk or with the staff at the window.
Their menu was massive and I was so pleased to see how everything vegan or vegetarian was clearly marked, and you had the option to veganize items. Plus, there lunch deal is fabulous - for $20, you get a main, appetizer, and a drink. That's awesome!
I went with their Tofu Pad See-Ew with papaya salad and a Thai Tea (which uses a non-dairy creamer). The noodles were fire and the use of Chinese broccoli does not go unnoticed. Papaya salad had a nice kick to it as well.
My friends shared their Tom Yum and Fried Tofu and both were also delicious. They really do serve up some high quality Thai and I'm so glad we got to try them on this short visit. Highly recommend anyone come over for lunch to take advantage of their combo deal.

Had a layover near LAX. Ordered Thai delivery from Aymara and it was very good. - Edit
Two of us had red curry and one ordered pad Thai. We all enjoyed it. Medium was a good amount of spicy. Minor complaint we ordered to a hotel and it didn’t come with cutlery and the rice portions were small - and certainly relative to the generous curry portions. Enjoy!

Inexpensive and good Thai Food - Edit
I’ve ordered many delivery meals from here. Their lunch menu is a bargain and they provide free delivery unheard of these days. I usually order the vegetarian luncheon plate. Comes with sautéed vegetables and tofu, your choice of rice (brown or white), and a dinner salad. Their salad dressing is syrupy sweet and I tell them to leave the dressing out. I’ve also ordered the large vegetarian soup with vegetables and tofu. Don’t know if the broth is vegan. Overall my go to for inexpensive and delicious Thai food.

Customizable vegan options - Edit
A large portion of the menu can be customized vegan which is really great. Even through Uber eats they’ve given you the ability to make sure it’s vegan (a lot of places miss that mark on Uber eats).
