Super friendly staff, clean restaurant and great food! Ordered the Crispy Chick’n sandwich, Kale crunch salad (a must!!) Crispy Tots, loaded Fries & nuggets with ranch - all excellent 😋

Best vegan fast food I've ever had - Edit
We ended up here by chance because it was the vegan restaurant closest to our hotel near LAX, and I am glad we did, as this was the best vegan fast food I have ever had: My burger was fantastic with just the right flavours and textures, so were french fries and tater tots and the milkshake was perfect as well. I have no doubt that non-vegans would enjoy eating here just as much (and probably not even notice that the food is entirely vegan). Also the staff couldn't have been nicer.

I'm really glad I came to this place on my most recent trip to Los angeles. The food was really tasty. I got the deluxe hot chicken sandwich and was happy with it. The kale salad was really fresh and crunchy and the spicy was hot but not too hot. I also got the mix of french fries and tater tots which were really tasty with the ranch sauce. Their ranch is one of the best vegan ranch dressings I've had. Lastly I tried their milkshake. I asked them to mix chocolate and the strawberry which is what I did pre vegan days and it was delicious! Everything has a taste of a bit more natural, higher quality than the average vegan fast food spot. Happy to see these popping up as a small franchise in the community!

Visiting family and we decided to check out Hart House. I was the only vegan in the group, and everyone liked it. I had nuggets and Tots. Definitely liked the spicy nuggets more than the regular, but they did have a kick. Also loved the tots. Who can resist? Also root beer. yum

Incredible burgers. We had the specialty beef burger and the kale salad chicken burger. Potato tots were next level. The service was very kind and helpful. Spicy nuggies were a bit spicy for me but I’m a spice light weight.

The deluxe hot n’ crispy chick’n sandwich is the best fast-food sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Nice texture of patty: not too firm or squishy or fibrous. The flavors in the sandwich complement each other perfectly. The spicy sauce isn’t too spicy, but it provides a nice little kick and goes really well with the pickles and the touch of hunny mustard. Even the bun is toasted just right.

The chocolate shake was tasty but nothing special. However, I love that they offer a small size for their shakes. It’s the perfect amount for me.
They have unusual soda fountain flavors, which is fun. The kola does not taste like cola. The root beer is very sweet.

Read moreI had the classic burger, crispy fries (tater tots), and a chocolate chip cookie. The burger patty was a little soft and somewhat bland; the texture was good though.
I normally hate fake cheese and this did not change my mind. (I would’ve told him no cheese, but I was in a hurry and didn’t realize it came automatically with cheese). The vegan mayo was meh, bland yet irritating. The sauce had a spice that I did not care for; maybe dill or caraway in their pickled relish.
I know this sounds picky, but I was expecting more from the reviews. I mean, shouldn’t it be better than Veggie Grill?
The tater tots on the other hand were perfection: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and light without being too greasy. The cookie was equally delicious.

Glad to have finally tried Hart House. I split the Hart Signature Burger and the Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich with a coworker. The chicken patty was really good, and combined with the kale topping it was a good combination. Burger was good and extra cheesy. Overall really glad I got here to try it and recommend. They also promote sustainability and plastics are greenware and most packaging is recycled paper.

First time having Hart House as a New Zealander. Not a fan of the flavours or the texture of the chicken burgers or nuggets I ate. Made me feel super ill. Love that there is this option in the States though!! And the two sauces I got were tasty and made the nuggets taste a bit better.
