Awesome Experience - Edit
Fantastic service from the owner who is totally committed to providing an excellent dining experience for plant based diners. I had the cauliflower steak and a side of broccoli. Starter was the bruschetta which was amazing.

Meat put in vegan dish - Edit
After ordering the mushroom bourginon off the plant based menu, I made the upsetting discovery that there was in fact pieces of beef in my dish, of which I had unknowingly eaten.

Read moreGiven everything that was going on with Covid we were told they were out of a few things. Seiten ribs and “real” ribs- which is what me and my meat eating partner were going to order they were out of both.
So initially disappointed BUT there were so many other options to choose from. I ordered the mushroom and red wine bourguignon. I was asked if I wanted it vegetarian or vegan I said vegan (not sure what would have been in it if I said vegetarian, maybe cream?) we also had the bread and dips for entree and the dips were delicious.
The bourguignon was rich and full of flavour, big too. Really warmed me up. My partner said his meal was amazing also.
Great waitress, the owner spoke to us for awhile when we were leaving and was just a great experience. Will definitely go back. Need to try those ribs!

Best Vegan Meal We’ve Had!! - Edit
My dad and I shared the Mushroom Bourguinon and Cauliflower Steaks - the Mushroom Bourguinon was one of the best meals either of us had ever had, so rich and yummy!! About 1/3 of the menu was plant based including mains and sides, and apparently they are developing vegan desert options at the moment too. Was very impressed! Nice view, but service was a little average. Prices were fair as meals were a good size. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

My bf and I decided to come for dinner the other night as we were excited by the menu we had looked at earlier. Plant-based section on the main menu. Quite a few options and a couple sides as well. We had the seitan ribs with apple slaw, the mushroom bourginon and the roasted broccoli side. The broccoli was delicious but we def didn't need it as our mains were huge! Both the meals we chose were quite rich and delicious but I was far from being able to finish my ribs haha. Probably not an issue for most. So come hungry! Would love to come again and try the other things on the menu. Nice building and view of the water.
