Good option when vegan options are scarce - Edit
Happy Grill has a good selection of vegan options like guacamole, falafel, sweet potato fries, vegan cake, and a tasty Autumn Salad. It's decent, but there's a chance for improvement by adding more interesting vegan dishes. The prices are fair, and it's convenient with many locations in Bulgaria.

Confusing - Edit
I've been in this restaurant in different cities and it's different everywhere. The experience I had in Plovdiv was that they had few vegan options but non of them were available at this time and I ordered a vegetarian opinion which was vegan but it was marked as vegetarian, which lead to a conversation with the waiter and who said that in the menu vegan was written as a short version of the word vegetarian.. This shows how confused the owners and the staff are with the terms of vegan and vegetarian..
Read moreAnother experience I've had was in another place but I think it refers to all.. the grilled vegetables which are marked as vegan are actually made on the same grill where the meat is cooked. So be careful with that.
