I am giving this place high rate because it is really hard to find vegan food in Busan.

We got a lot of side dishes as well, which I am not sure if all are vegan.

Authentic bibimbap - Edit
First of, it was a bit difficult to find, but it was worth it. Following Naver maps, it made us go to a building where there’s a panel listing all the businesses in the complex, however, it’s easier to just go slightly to the left after getting off at the bus stop to find the correct entrance. The restaurant is in a sort of alley inside the building, so it can be confusing if you don’t know exactly where you are going.
Read moreThe woman who runs the restaurant speaks very limited English, but she was very nice and we managed to communicate. She said they serve temple food and that there was no meat or fish in the bibimbap. Eggs need to be specifically ordered and are paid extra. She served the vegetables and rice separately and we asked for the sauce on the side for the ones that don’t enjoy spicy food as much. Food comes with side dishes and soup, some of which I can’t assure are completely vegan.
Overall it was a simple but nice meal. I don’t think they are used to seeing a lot of tourists there. The meal was filling and cheap for european standards (we paid 18,5€ for 3 people)

The owner gave us side dishes of bean paste and red pepper paste and they were extremely savoury. The tofu was savoury as well so mixed it in with the 비빔밥.
