After my first choice was closed, I was delighted to have found this. Seems the place where locals go to - as staff were on first name terms with lots of customers. There were 3 vegan options and many more cakes, as long as you're not looking for an extensive menu, the quality of food is yummy.

Very friendly service. We had a frittata and a quiche, both delicious, each came with 3 salads all very different and all yummy. No room for cake but we took away a pecan and chocolate tart for later and didn’t regret our choice. Highly recommend!

This organic shop and cafe is something to get excited about, selling some great quality brand food, I love the noodle selection! I found home vegan chocolate bounty, the best I've tasted, very satisfying, lots of vegan options and good portion sizes in the cafe & vegan cake can't forget to mention the cake!!! Also a couple of doors away you will find haywines that specialise in vegan wine, what more could you want other than fabulous red wine & chocolate!!!

Lovely piece of chocolate cake on the hottest day of the year so far. Wide range of gluten free and vegan lunches. Only one vegan cake on offer on the day I visited. Friendly staff

Visited with my meat eater husband and vegetarian 6 year old.
Read moreI had a falafel wrap which was very satisfying and came with some lovely salad. Husband had samosas and was very happy. Son had soup, and he’s never happy because he’s a fusspot but he ate most of it and said it was nice, which I consider a win!
When we went downstairs to pay, the lady at the counter paid lovely attention to my son which really enhanced the visit for him. In fact everyone we encountered there was friendly.
This was my first visit to the cafe but not first to the shop. I will be sure to return to the cafe again soon.
