Sadly, a drop in quantity

This place used to be really good, but I suspect a change of ownership. I ate here the other day and was a bit disappointed. They kept the onion even though I asked for non. The rice was hard. No wasabi. It used to be my favourite sushi spot, not anymore.

Good range of vegan sushi

Good range of vegan sushi. Well made and worthwhile if in the area, but nothing above and beyond what you would find in other sushi restaurants.

Standard local sushi

I made a point of visiting Hamzo for lunch based on the previous reviews. The restaurant was easy to find, just a stones throw from Årsta torg. It was smaller than expected with only four or five tables, we were lucky to get one. It felt pretty bare, not much artwork or textiles.

I opted for the 11 piece sushi priced at 120 kr, 10 kr extra in the evening. Service was rushed and unfocused, I missed the miso soup which was said to be vegan and included with lunch.

Sushi was satisfactory but I was hoping for something more based on the previous reviews. Perhaps I visited on the wrong day.

I'm sure it's a great addition for locals however I felt a bit underwhelmed so I probably won't make the trip there again.

Pros: Vegan sushi, fresh and nicely presented , vegan miso soup

Cons: Nothing extraordinary , a bit expensive

Good price and tasty sushi

Good place with 10 sek cheaper during lunch hours and the restaurant feels cosy. Decided not to eat in the restaurant because it was so much people in the restaurant, but they do have sit places both inside and outdoors. The sushi was really tasty and better then most of the sushi places in Stockholm. If you are in the area I would recommend going to this restaurant.

The best vegan sushi in town.

I like the vegan sushi very much and have eaten it serveral times now. You have vegan Salomon and vegan tuna (if you like) in this beautiful dish. This is my favourite sushi restaurang and the staff is so charming and nice. If you want something fresh and thats good for you. This is the place to go ☆☆☆☆☆

Pros: Several vegan options.
