Tasty vegan Ghanaian food

Vegan Gari and Beans was excellent. Also offers vegan starters and side dishes.

Cucina ghanese buonissima

Questo ristorante non è vegano, ma il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto preparato sulla cucina vegan m. Noi abbiamo preso un ottimo piatto con fagioli alla ghanese con salsa di verdure, polvere di tapioca, platano fritto. Poi un altro piatto di riso fritto con fagioli e infine lo yum fritto con salsa di verdure (si tratta di un tubero simile alla patata dolce). C’è anche un menù di cucina italiana ma non abbiamo approfondito. I piatti erano tutti buonissimi, gustosi, preparati con grande attenzione.
