Taco bowls for vegans

The man working here was very helpful with me making a vegan taco bowl here, but he said he doesn't understand vegans. I suggest this crew watches Dairy is Scary on YouTube or any other videos on eggs and dairy and the truth behind the industries. There's delicious vegan food out there, maybe he hasn't tried any. After learning about veganism, then come tell me why you don't understand it. If you're going to be on Happy Cow, you're going to need to understand vegans and vegetations a bit more. My taco bowl was tasty and he offered me many options of what was vegan after he thought about it. He also told me about an all vegan restaurant. Available to me were a few sauces, chickpeas, and vegetables with rice. I appreciated that he told me what was vegan and what wasn't.

Pros: Understanding of what foods were vegan, helpful.

Cons: Lack of understand of the philosophy and reasoning, No tofu
