Cashew-based halloumi 🇬🇷 - Edit
I was excited to see a Zeus stall in the Zürich Christmas market with a vegan section of the menu including halloumi and seitan kebab sandwiches and platters. I really enjoyed the cashew halloumi, and the vendor was careful to confirm whether I wanted the vegetarian or vegan version of the cheese.

The "Halloumi" fries are definitely worth a try - Edit
I really liked their selfmade "Halloumi" fries, which is a sort of cheese imitation. Not mindblowing, but it's nice to get something different from the usual vegan fare. I'm not giving four stars since the gyros option is seitan based and seitan is just no that great in my opinion.
