Not very customizable

I kinda hoped when this place opened that it would be more like a chipotle type place where everything is pretty customizable and you pick your own ingredients. It seemed that way when it was being advertised. But while you can make some accommodations, the menu is pretty set. Still has vegan options like rice, tofu, and veggies but overall not what I was hoping for and a little pricy.

Gusto! is a great option for a healthier quick meal on the go.

Mango avocado tofu, half & half, (have to modify to make it V - no cheese & sub chipotle sauce for tahini). This is my go to meal.
