Can be veganised - Edit
Just about every 'gusto' option was easily veganised which meant choosing a vegetable-flavour, a base of brown rice and/or mixed greens (or a bread wrap) followed by protein. Tofu for vegans. The food was fresh and tasty. Hot sauce/chilli sauce was available at no cost. US$13 per bowl.

Healthy, quick meal options - Edit
Gusto is a solid option for a quick, healthy lunch. Most of their bowls can be easily veganized, with portabella as the “protein” option. (I would personally prefer tofu or tempeh, but that’s just me.)
