Not vegan friendly - Edit
The menus says to ask for vegan and gluten-free menu. The staff did not know anything about these menus and then had changing stories about if lard or chicken stock was being used. No thank you

Good food, easy to order - Edit
I was a little weary about coming here but I was pleasantly surprised when I asked if they had a separate vegan menu and our server, Alonso, said to order anything off of the Vegetarian section and he would make it vegan. I had the Impossible Burrito and it was good and stuffed with a ton of impossible meat. Will definitely go again!

Great food and we LOVED the fresh salsa and chips. We had to wait a long time for each stage of service, though. They have several vegetarian items in a group in the menu - hurray! No searching required.

I love this place. - Edit
Guadalajara has been one of my faves before and after I went vegan. They have a good veggie selection... just order sans cheese and sour cream. I usually get a veggie mocajete or veggie fajitas and a side of black beans. There’s plenty of food to pick from not to mention the ambiance is great too.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
We decided to stop in for dinner after seeing this place on Happy Cow. Right on the bottom of the menu it said "ask about our vegan menu"...so we did. No one, not even the manager knew anything about it. To their credit the chef did agree to try to put something together. It just didn't work well. We'd advise another restaurant if you're strict about your diet. Too much oil, cheese, dairy & meat reliance here.

Guadalajara Fiesta Grill has been a favorite place for Veg options on Tucson's East Side for years.

Drinks and outside seating, clean place, friendly staff
Plenty of non-veg options for non-veg eaters
Fun place for lunch or dinner
Pros: Good Food, Nice place, Veg Section of the Menu & Others Veg Dishes, on the East side of Tucson
Cons: Not 100% Veg, most Veg options have cheese
