Very good vegan risotto

Even though this restaurant has only one vegan option (there are some veggie options), the one that they do have is excellent. They have a risotto on the menu that is vegan apart from the Parmesan they put on top. It is also mentioned on the menu as optional vegan. And honestly, it is one of the best (vegan) risotto I have tasted! With fresh seasonal and local grilled vegetables. Considering there are little to no other vegan options in this place, this was definitely a treat!

Pros: Really good risotto, Local, seasonal veggies

Cons: Only one vegan dish, No vegan dessert
