Disappointing Grill'd location - Edit
My family and I frequent other Grill'd locations closer to home and visited the Woden store on our recent trip to Canberra. Unfortunately our experience at this location was very disappointing on this occasion. The staff were very unsure of their plant based options, and even after ordering and sitting down came over to ask us what patty they should put on our burgers, despite us ordering the listed Impossible burger options. Once we received our burgers, one had a vegetable patty and they were unsure on whether or not the other two actually were the Impossible option. This was eventually sorted by a team member who took time to sort this out for us, but I would say given this location has been there for sometime and these burgers are clearly listed menu items this was a training and service issue. The food was decent but given the strange journey to actually eating it we didn't have a great experience. I highly recommend trying alternative Grill'd locations as they have some wonderful vegan options (The cheeseburger is excellent!). The Woden location could benefit from training of their staff and an improvement in their customer service (such as given their uncertainty, when they brought our burgers out and I tried to clarify if they were the Impossible patty, our server said they weren't sure and would find out but then never came back over).

Vegan find in town - Edit
Stopped here to try their vegan cheese burger and chips. And best of all they have Pepsi. They have the impossible burger, I wanted to try their burger for ages.

OK - Edit
Got the vegan cheeseburger, it was okay. The bun was really hard and stale. They didn’t give us our chips share plate but I was too anxious to say anything (that’s on me). The new setup is heaps better then its old spot. For a vego around the mall area, it’s probably one of the best options.

Better burgers - Edit
Tried their new Beyond Burger vegan options and they are excellent. Plus their chips are really nice too. We discovered they do take away last night.. could be dangerous.
