Fantastic Stop for Quick Food Options! - Edit
Greens & Grains is my new favorite place for quick plant-based food. While they have plenty of healthier options, I have repeatedly enjoyed the Chk'n Sandwich. So simply and so tasty, it's definitely a junky-er item but it always hits the spot! (Very similar to a McChicken but so much better) I have also enjoyed the Chk'n Parm Sandwich Special which is delicious. I can't wait to try out more of their menu and I'm so glad two locations have opened up locally in Monmouth County! This is a great place to check out with Vegans/Meat Eaters alike!

Breakfast sandwich! - Edit
I got take out from here but had someone else pick it up, so I missed seeing the restaurant. The food was delicious however! I had the breakfast sandwich, which was one of the best I’ve ever had! I also got a vegan chicken wrap for later on, which was also good. I’d definitely recommend the breakfast sandwich!

Had the BLT, soup, sweet potato fries, and peanut butter cookie. Everything was incredible especially the BLT. The bread was perfection. One of the best meals I’ve had in awhile. Thank you so much GnG! Highly recommend.

Multiple locations multiplies the fun - Edit
I had been here before and other sister locations as well. Indoor seating available. Free parking in the lot. Easily accessible. Good variety of all vegan options on the menu. Their chick’n strips are delicious. Their cheesesteak was a good portion size and delicious. Their special “burger” was very good as well. Looking forward to coming back.

Back again. This time I tried their scramble bowl and added coconut bacon. I was expecting a tray of food but it was in a bowl (cup). I was initially disappointed by the serving size but I am happy to say that I was wrong. The portion size was good. As soon as I popped open the top of the inhaled and it made my mouth water. Very nice flavor. Really enjoyed it.

We wanted to try so many things an m and we did! The bread used here is phenomenal. The avocado toast is simple but delicious! Cheesesteak is very good but I recommend getting the add-ons like the picture on their menu otherwise it's a little plain. If you get the chili, don't forget to say you want pots bread too (it's free). Vegan Treats for desserts... All of them are good!!

G&G is not at all preachy about Veganism, in fact, I’m pretty sure most customers are omnivores.
As a vegan, I always have to plan my meals. But if there’s a Greens and Grains within driving/delivery distance, I don’t have to worry.
Have I mentioned that my kids and their non-vegan friends love the chickn’ tenders?

First time ordering from Greens & Grains. I got the gyro which was very good and my husband got the buffalo chickpea wrap which was "alright". I took away a star because they forgot to put my fries in the bag and I didnt realize it til I got home (and they were closing so I didnt have enough time to go back). With that being said, I did enjoy my food and would order again.

I’ve probably tried everything here at this point and order it quite often for lunch but my favorite is probably the avocado BLT and the broccoli & kale with hemp parm. I’ve never been disappointed with this place!

This is a regular place for me and I’ve had most of the menu items, including their sandwiches, wraps, paninis, soups, breakfast, salads, desserts, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and specials. I’ve also done catering orders. They have a lot of really great options. My go-to choices are the Buffalo chickpea pita (with pickles) and the Buffalo chicken sandwich, but you really can’t go wrong. For breakfast, get the pancakes. Viva la vegan is my favorite smoothie. I think the best thing I have had though is the Jalapeño poppers. They are not regular menu items, but if they happen to be on special do yourself a favor and get them!

I got a delivery from here with two wraps (buffalo chick’n and sesame tofu), a BLT sandwich, grape leaves, french fries, and a donut. Everything was tasty, though the standouts were the wraps, fries, and donut. Will definitely order again!

The food here tastes so light and airy. I always go with the buffalo cesar kale wraps or the gyro. also their mac and cheese is super good. they’re also on Uber Eats which make my eating a lot more convenient and healthier for work.

This place was great Bridget was working the front counter and was very friendly and recommended the chicken sandwich which was delicious and also had the avocado pita. They make fresh juice as well and I had the restore it was also very good.

I got the Cuban, which was with smoked tofu and my husband got the blt with coconut “bacon.” Both were delicious! The place is clean and nicely decorated. We are so excited to find a plant based spot close to us! We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely dining experience at Green and Grains, split 3 different wraps with my Dad and brother (cachemasterZ) The Eggplant Parm, the Southwest, and the Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Ceaser. All were delicious but the BCCC was probably the best! Also had a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie, yummy yummy! And the owner was very kind to us and helped us out with catering for our party on Saturday! Very Pleased.

SO SO tasty, I had the breakfast pita. Perfect amount of food, tofu scramble was excellent, not watery like some places, consistency was perfect. Girlfriend and her friend both had the avocado BLT. And they both loved it. Excellent food, excellent price. Will definitely stop here anytime in the area.

I was extremely happy with my first visit and definitely plan on going back to try more delicious food. I have had many falafel pita sandwiches in my life but this one was my favorite by far. The Pina Kalada was also scrumptious :) The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, open & bright, and most importantly the food was extremely satisfying and delicious!
