Wonderful

Absolutely gorgeous treat. Such good flavours, things I'd never normally try either. Lovely to have such different food

Incredible pop up

Truly tremendous. Food was incredible, service was exemplary. Everything, from our welcome to the venue, the introduction to each course, presentation of each course through to the actual eating of the food! was 100% outstanding. We will be back 💚🌱

Perfect food!

We attend a Greenhouse pop up at Starlings. We booked for my birthday as a bit of a treat!

We had a 4 course meal. My highlight was the fava bea hummus but all the courses were delicious and we were very full by the end!

I really liked that there weren't really any fakes / substitutes for non-vegan food on the menu. It was just a well-curated menu, cooked with care.

A beautiful four-course flavour explosion

Every single course was so flavoursome in it’s own way. I was so impressed with the love and detail put into every single plate. I would highly recommend the greenhouse plant-based dining events to anyone who would love to try something unique whilst mingling with others.😄

Stunning vegan food -must try!

Chef Rachel does all of the food for these pop up events. We went to one in a village hall in Coalpit Heath. She prepares several courses for a small number of guests. The atmosphere is great, food really inventive and delicious. You must book for these events and they’re booked up far ahead but it is so worth the wait. We had :

Beetroot, hawthorn leaf, homemade soya ricotta, burnt orange, hazelnut dukkah, sourdough.
***
Roasted asparagus, chickpea panisse, wild garlic aioli.
***
Spiced carrot pakora, tahini roasted cauliflower, crispy chickpeas, carrot veloute, cucumber, mint.
***
Strawberries, lemon & silken tofu posset, elderflower mousse, shortbread.

All amazing! We plan to go again as soon as we can.

Pros: Fantastic vegan food!, Lovely friendly chef ., Great venue
