One of Best Options in Cedar Valley - Edit
Eating out vegan in the Cedar Valley is not exactly easy, but this place has pretty good options. You can get most everything vegan off menu if you pick a vegan protein, or you can remove the non veg ingredients for the others. It is also pretty easy to make something custom. My biggest complaint is that not much is actually labeled on their menu as vegan or not.
