One of the Best - Edit
You can get one of the best (if not the best) Mala hot pot in Singapore here. Even in the less spicy version you will feel the numbing effect. The variety of ingredients is also great! The rice is the only average part.

Place to fix my MLXG craves - Edit
The only place in SG to fix my MLXG cravings! Having tried so many MLXG from other vegetarian/vegan places, nothing beats this. Have been patronising them since years back when they were located at Teck Whye. You can opt for different levels of spiciness and numbness as usual, and also less salty and oil too!

An addiction I can't get over since 3 years + - Edit
We come here every single week for the hotpot. Trust me when I say every single week, We come via a cab and take a 1 hour train ride back home! Need I say more?! Its the best place to eat vegetarian hotpot. The taste is always THE BEST.
Read moreThe venue is good and clean. The hygiene is top notch too.
I feel so safe here as a vegan... I can eat anything without thinking or asking the waiters if it has eggs or any form of fish or meat.
Love love and love to the Chef who makes my food and the blessed owner of this restaurant who thought of this brilliant idea to open a Chinese restaurant that's pure vegetarian. Thank you for keeping such a wide variety of vegetables for us to choose from when ordering hotpot. My entire family is hooked to your food!!
I pray you open 10 more branches across Singapore so I can eat your hotpot thrice a week!
Pros: Excellent food. The best., Friendly staff and extremely hygienic place, Very good portion of food and value for money
Cons: Nothing , Nothing, Impossible to dislike anythin about green on earth

Best sauerkraut Fish ever! - Edit
All dishes are extremely well thought out and replicated. Flavours are not only multilayered, but also well designed to replicate the real ones- nothing is spared to deliver top notch quality looks, flavour and smells. Will absolutely return again and again! The sauerkraut fish is a must try, creamy lotus roots are amazing, cumin pork ribs are unique and totally love the ambience too!

Good Wok Hey - Edit
Known for their Mala Xiang Guo, but their other dishes are also worth a try! Not stellar in terms of presentation, but taste-wise pretty good with nice wok hey. The staff can advise which dishes are vegan, but I really hope the menu can be labelled to clearly indicate which dishes contain egg and dairy. They have some daily specials too. Good eatery to dine at if you're visiting the Rail Corridor or Former Ford Factory.

Great variety of delicious items - Edit
The mala is really flavorful, aromatic and savory. The seasoning is really on point. There are also a lot of ingredients too, with a variety of different textures you can choose to mix into it. I had ordered 小辣 (low spiciness) due to sharing it with my family. Will probably order 中辣 (moderate spiciness) next time!
Read moreYam ring is crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The sweet and sour sauce are really flavorful as well, without it being overly too sweet or sour. The lion mane are really soft and tender, it's texture is almost identical to the real thing. It was also served warm and fresh.
Pros: Super tasty Mala Xiang Guo, Great variety of food, Perfect for group dining esp with family
Cons: Slightly costly, but worth it once in a while

With Malaysian Restaurant Vibe - Edit
Located at the Rail Mall with a different vibe where you don't see much high raise buildings, it is as if this eatery situated in a mini tourist attraction in Singapore.
Read morePlus the decor of the restaurant is cosy, spacious and clean, dinning here just reminded me of dinning in the Vegetarian restaurants in Malaysia - out of Singapore feel.
Ordered the Braised Pork Rice ($5.9), tasty and love it. With quite a good selection on their menu, will come back again.
And loving it that it is just beside the Green Corridor, it is good place to go for a meal after or before my walk in the nature.

Love the vegan options here - Edit
My partner and I once took away vegan laksa from here to have at a spontaneous picnic and felt the staff here were really helpful!
Read moreWe’ve been back again to try the mala hot pot, it’s great to see vegan options as such but found it a little salty for our liking. It’s also a little pricey for Mala Xiang Guo.
Either-ways we simply love the laksa here (perhaps the best vegan in SG) & look forward to come back to try out the rest of the dishes!

Epic MLXG! - Edit
They have a bit more variety for MLXG than Shu Vegetarian and Zi Zai's version of it... But, Shu Vegetarian's sauce is just a bit tastier. Still, this place does it all right.
Read moreThey have interesting menu options too, where you have full control of its ingredients - which is AMAZING!

Addictive MLXG - Edit
Me and my boyfriend are addicted to the MLXG here. We will order the small spicy. It is so good that my spice intolerant boyfriend will only eat this MLXG, as the others didn't taste good enough in this opinion to be worth the spicy.
