Waffles fries are amazing - Edit
If you don't like deep fried greasy af food, dont eat here. For someone who likes cleaner eats, i found it pretty full on, BUT the mexican waffle fries sold me. Id come back again and again just for those!

I've had two extremely bad experiences with this establishment. The last time was the final straw. It was like they'd dropped the faux chicken in a giant bowl of salt. I couldn't eat it. On top of that the order took two hours to arrive. And all the food apart from the burger was terrible quality and substandard. At least the first time the food was nice apart from waiting hours. This time there was nothing good apart from the burger.

Read moreThe Nash burger is delicious, the actual chicken patty was thick and juicy, and a really good chicken texture. The slaw here is nice and fresh and a title tangy, just how I like it.
The chicken tenders are incredible, loads of coating and the protein they use is also good texture. I think it is layered soy skin. Different to the burger, but just as tasty.
Their fries have been hit and miss, the loaded ones we had have always had half melted slices of vegan cheese rather than the cheese sauce they advertised, but the dope fries are superb. The seasoning is amazing!
Try the crackettes too, deep fried Mac and cheese... Can't go wrong. The sauces they give you are also good, I think they're all home made as they are thicker sometimes than others, they're always tasty though.
The soft serve is great and comes with delivery with the hot fudge sauce separately. Would definitely order it again.
All in al the food is tasty. It is a little greasy, it's a fried chicken and burger joint, what do you expect. But if you want that takeaway KFC-esque taste, I haven't found a better chicken or burger joint yet.
Pros: Great tasting , Nice variety of burgers
Cons: Never seem to have the hot cheese sauce, Can be a little pricy , Greasy - if that's not your thing.

Very filling burgers.
Look forward to trying their 'KFC' style chicken from a recommendation.
They also sell the sushi from future sushi, which is so so good. Just don't do a take home pack unless you plan on eating as soon as you get home.

I can’t rate this place enough I had the nash burger and the mock chicken was so so so good like unbelievable. This is the closest thing to the real thing. The bite, the texture, the taste was incredible. These guys are easily above the rest in the vegan burger game

Had my first burger here in many moons, and sadly to say it was pretty uninspiring: the patty was dripping with oil to the point that a massive pool of orange grease poured onto the plate while I was eating. The ‘slaw’ was cold, watery and also not drained. On the plus side, the patties themselves were pretty delicious (or would be if grilled or pan-fried). Perhaps their sushi might be a better option.

Wow!! My vegetarian partner loved this place. The BBQ burger he loved, claiming it as the best vegan burger he’s had to date. I had the colonel with added cheese - perfection !!! Probably didn’t need the bacon but seriously delicious food. Chips were great quantity and the salt/hemp is great too. Service was awesome, quick and the food was scrumptious. We will return, but probably next time when we really want junk food 😅

I got the colonel and my sister got the pulled pork burger. We also shared the Mac and cheese bites and the chips. Colonel was amazing (the fried chicken was perfect) and the pulled pork was good too, both burgers were around $14 which is very good for Melbourne. Only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 was that the sides weren’t too special, the mac and cheese bites were okay and the coating was nice, but not super cheesy and too salty for us. Definitely would still go back for the burgers though!

Read moreI've tried the mock duck, mock ribs and the Colonel burgers and they've all been amazing. The Colonel was by far the best mock chick'n burger I've ever had! The fries are really good too- perfectly seasoned.
Good location that's clearly clean and well looked after with outside seating and super friendly staff.
Wasn't the biggest fan of the milkshakes, kinda just tasted like coconut cream, and wasn't a huge fan of the mac and cheese cos it was a bit bland but still giving 5 stars because everything else I've ever had from there has been PERFECT.
Pros: Best vegan burgers, Best fries, Reasonably priced

Read moreWe came here very soon after they opened on their second day. They didn’t have any milkshakes available so we will have to go back. We both ordered a different burger each and enjoyed them. It was quite a hot day so we weren’t overly hungry but next time we will order fries and milkshakes.

Burger did not agree with me at all! - Edit
I ordered the Big Mock. it is BIG. It looks great on the outside, but as you start to eat it, it gets really gross. the 'meat' and bread and sauce just form one soggy mess in the middle, and I could taste a lot of oil. My partner ordered the colonel burger, it was better but nothing amazing. We both couldn't finish our burgers and felt very sick after eating this food. We went for a walk, it didn't help. We felt nauseous all night and I couldn't sleep due to a stomach ache. This was NOT food poisoning, just being unable to digest this food. We love vegan burgers this is not a new concept for us.

Read moreToday I had the colonel burger which was exceedingly oily; every bite was a burst of oil. On the positive side, the regular chips serving was very generous, well cooked, and nicely seasoned. The strawberry Balsamic shake was also very good. Happy to see the disposable serving ware is limited to grease proof paper around the burger and lining the chip basket plus a paper straw for the shake.
Feb 2019:
Today we got to sample a milkshake (choc hazelnut) and it was very good; nice and thick. I thought the Nash burger was a big improvement over the ones tried previously; the patty was a good texture and the spicy sauce was an enjoyable inclusion. The dope fries were okay, a little on the small size for the price and the mac and cheese was salty and oily, but others would likely enjoy this.
I was pleased to see a water jug and glasses have been made available for diners who prefer to drink water.
Jan 2019:
This new business is experiencing quite a few teething problems; no mock chkn burgers and no milkshakes available. We ordered a burger each and the Home Fries. The fries (potato slices) were quite tasty but the serving size is not really worth $9.50. The burgers were both quite good, but The Big Mock burger was very soft, and The Pulled burger was very wet.

Been flexitarian for about 6 months, and recently decided to make the push for full vegan. Didn't know where to get lunch last minute, but green burger is around the corner. Decided to go for the Big Mock. HOLY HAPPY COW. It was amazing. Everything my childhood brain said the Big Mac was, but millions of miles away from what the big mac is. Delicious burger, amazing vegan cheese, very filling. Will be my go to burger in Melbourne from now one. Well done guys!!! Well Done!!!
