Healthy and yummy - Edit
It’s a great salad bar in an area that doesn’t offer a lot of vegan choices. You can easily customise your salad, even if you don’t know any Japanese, because you can just point at the pictures of the ingredients you’d like to have.

My workmate introduced me to the place and instantly became my go-to favorite Salad bar when I need to grab a quick lunch. Really love the endless variations you can make with the customizable menu and very filling as well.

I ordered a custom salad to be delivered during mandatory quarantine after arriving from the US. There were SO MANY delicious add in options. Lots of different veggies, soy meatballs, several kinds of cheese and nuts, seasonal offerings etc. This salad was much more packed with ingredients and more filling than a salad I had ordered from a different place the day before. It is expensive for a salad, but again, Japan is expensive, and when you are limited and in quarantine, this was a better deal for the money than other options. I also need to know ingredients right now due to some dietary requirements and this was a great way to be in control of all the ingredients I’d be eating.
