BEST vegan place!! - Edit
We tried a lot of places with vegan food on Ibiza and posted a lot of reviews, but if you listen to any of them, let it be this one!! We came here twice in a row. This is the best Italian restaurant we have (ever) been to, serving very interesting and special dishes as well as more traditional ones with great flavours. The blueberry tarte especially was to die for. If I could have brought 5 of them home, I would have. Other than that, we had the porcini gnocchi, raspberry &hazelnut risotto, pear & cashewcheese ravioli and crispy eggplant on hummus.

There are some dishes on the menu containing real cheese. The service was really good and the food made to a high quality. Unfortunately the porcions are quite small so it's easy to spend quite a bit of money and leave hungry.

Quite good but a bit underwhelming - Edit
I go to Ibiza quite regularly and was excited to see that there was a new vegan restaurant which had good reviews on here. I called in for lunch. The food was OK, but mostly a bit underwhelming. I tried the Esferas and Hulk burger, both were alright but slightly bland. I also tried the Bruschetta, which was probably my favourite dish, and was actally really tasty.

It cost about 60 Euros for this, without service and with one drink. So not the cheapest, but not that unusual for Ibiza.
I didn't really fancy anything else off the menu for afters, so went down the road to Wild Beets for dessert instead.
