Given dairy

Checked multiple times that the cake I asked for was vegan and the coffee was made with soya milk, and was still given dairy. Could have been a mix up with the coffees but was told it was the soya one as it was given to me. I hate to leave bad reviews and having worked in service for years I know mix ups happen all the time but I was assured it was vegan and now I am really quite ill (lactose intolerance) and unhappy about it. It was the only thing I could've eaten to have made me sick like this.

Cons: Complacent with dairy. , Waited a while for service at the counter.

Grano

Probabally the worst cafe in the area i used to love it here until changed management
States it sells vegan food and cake, yet dosent the management and newee staff are rude & disrespectfull, not letting customers use toilets because of what they look like even though i have been coming in here daily for 2+ years. New manager is an idiot.

Pros: None, None, None

Cons: Dirty, Bad mannered staff, Non vegan even if stated as vegan

something for everyone!

great option for vegans in south manchester, cool n casual venue and friendly service. today (sunday) we had the vegan breakfast, which was good. we also had the choice of the hand crafted bar for sandwiches / wraps made to order, and pizzas with vegan mozzarella. coffee was pretty good too. maybe a tad expensive at £23 for 2 vegan breakfasts, coffee and one orange juice (bottled orange flavour substance with sugar and other additives). We will be back for sure

Pros: plenty of vegan options , all vegans options clearly marked , these guys actually know what vegan means!!

Cons: tad expensive , dearth of healthy cold drinks
