Vegan pho was okay - Edit
The vegan pho had a good amount and variety of vegetable and tofu toppings. Soup was on the bland side but also quite oily so it felt heavy which made it less enjoyable. Also noting that the vegan pho was 50c more expensive than the special beef pho that my mum ordered, which I thought was unusual.
