This Place is a Real Gem! - Edit
Everything just great and highly recommended. 90% vegan with some egg and cheese options. No animal flesh and very clean. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Cute place; great location just around the corner from Wellington beach. Has pretty much everything for a one-stop-vegan-shop: produce, groceries, coffee, toiletries, and the café itself with a couple of tables.

A must stop place to try! - Edit
Again had checked out Happy Cow and the internet for vegan options in Prince Edward County and knew wanted to try this place for breakfast. This was vegan heaven for me as so many savoury and sweet options to try out! I ordered the grilled veggie breakfast sandwich with tofu scramble, beans and veggies which was delicious along with freshly brewed coffee with oat milk. Free refills! Also enjoyed a vegan croissant with homemade fruit compote as well as an almond butter granola bar. There were also plenty of lunch options to choose from but never got to try as too full from breakfast! Next time for sure! Friendly, attentive service in a lovely relaxed cafe atmosphere which also doubles as a retail space with healthy vegan food as well vegan sone locally made natural bath and home products. Definitely plan on return visit here!

We love the vibe here. It’s inclusive, homey, cozy. They offer ready made food for sit down or take away, as well as organic, eco conscious grocery and household items and local artisans work.

Great little one-stop shop - Edit
This cafe has lots of food, drinks, and grocery items. A lot of gluten free options too. I had a vegan “tuna” wrap and got a chocolate chip cookie. Both were really good. The cookie was super sweet from the banana in it though in case you’re not huge on that!

Really disappointing experience - Edit
The woman who seemed to be managing the place made us feel really uncomfortable ordering vegan / gluten free alternatives. She was very rude right off the bat for no apparent reason.
Read moreThere were multiple mistakes made when putting in our order and when I was trying to correct it with them we were met with extreme hostility. We decided to wait until after we ate to correct the price difference.
Once we got our food , the portions were unexpectedly small, 100% not worth the high price we paid.
The breakfast wrap had 2 slices of unseasoned tofu and a small amount of cheeze and avocado. The Florentine wrap looked like a 4” quesadilla with some seasoned tofu and spinach. We were confused why one wrap got seasoned tofu and the other was just plain uncooked tofu ???
The waitress then came up to our table and gave me 3$ in change to fix the 30$ difference in the price we were wrongly charged. We were confused and then when we finished eating we asked them at the counter if we could have a full refund and reprocess the order we were told it was extremely difficult to do and they would need to give us cash change. She kept getting the amount wrong and was acting like we were in the wrong for asking for the correct change.
Overall terrible experience, we left feeling ripped off, unsatisfied and emotionally drained.
Hoping this place get it together and treat people with kindness.

Quick and appealing to the eye dishes. Our totally vegan meal included a Cream of Zucchini, a Falafel, Taquitos and an excellent protein salad with your choice of dressing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ready to go meals and salads plus juices and smoothies. Refillable coffee to stay or a nice size to go. And my fave: vegan ice cream in individual cups, popsicles AND homemade cookies. So good we came back two days later and have jotted it down for our next visit. Recommended by a local vegan fan.

Gem in Wellington - Edit
We both enjoyed our lunch. I had the taquitos and my husband had the vegan tuna sandwich. They have local coffee and soda, which were both great! Staff were very pleasant. Great location to get vegan food when you are visiting the local wineries!!
