Delicious and simple - Edit
The options are simple but so well executed. We ordered tofu melts, tofu and avocado melt and the burger and raw key lime pie! The tofu was nicely marinaded and had the right amount of cheese to notice it and be nice and melted without being overloaded and goopy.
Read moreMenu says each sandwich and wrap includes a rainbow of veggies on top and it truly does! A variety including bell pepper, zucchini, sprouts and more.
The shop also sells a variety of holistic and organic items. A gem for sure, we will be returning!
Pros: Lots of fresh veggies, no heavy meat alternatives , items that would be otherwise hard to find in area

Great spot - Edit
Bf (non vegan) had the broccoli soup and said it was the best broccoli soup he’d ever had, bar none. Both our wraps were good. Genuinely nice people, great store. Will definitely be back.

Sweet little shop - Edit
We had the pesto wrap and the hummus wrap. The pesto is vegan and they have vegan cheese. It was SO nice to get a healthy meal with lots of beautiful fresh veggies. Had carrot-orange juice and a smoothie. Great place to pick up snacks and grocery items, too.

Cute little health food store with a cafe. I tried the tofu melt and my boyfriend tried the veggie burger. The carrot-orange-ginger juice was delicious too. They had a table inside to dine at.

Okay for on the go - Edit
Nice to have an option where there otherwise wouldn’t. The veggie burgers were very average but good enough for a quick on to go meal. A number of vegan grocery type items available too.

doesn’t know what vegan means - Edit
i went here because there are not many vegan options in the area and when i found this place i was really excited to try it. i ordered a veggie burger and asked the woman behind the counter about their gluten free bun and whether it was vegan or not. she assured me it was, but when i asked to see the ingredients because of some food allergies i have and she brought it out it said it contained egg. we had a long conversation about my allergies and decided that the safest option for me would be to have the burger on a gluten free wrap, so she made my food and i took it to go. after a few minutes i opened the box to see she in fact put my burger on a bun despite the long conversation we had had about it and i could not eat it. i went back to the store to get it fixed and the woman was very apologetic but she did only remove the burger from the bread and put it into a wrap so there was still cross contamination. i decided to just accept it because i could not wait any longer for a new one. i luckily did not get sick, but the food was very bland and i would not get it again. the store employees were very nice but i’m not sure i would go back again.

If I could give this 5 starts I would. By far the best food in the area. The pesto melt with vegan cheese was amazing! They add sprouts and veggies to all wraps and it is very fresh!

Cute little cafe with friendly staff and tons of products for sale! - Edit
This place was an adorable little market with vegan options in Big Pine. I haven’t tried the food yet but the juices are delicious and the shop is stocked with tons of vegan finds! I was able to buy tofu which was awesome because tofu has been hard to come by lately. Will definitely be back!

Great quick food - Edit
I come to the Keys often and this place is one of my favorites. The avocado tufo melts are the best! You can get it with vegan cheese too. The soups and pesto sandwich is good too. The wraps are loaded with a variety of veggies. They are also large and responsible priced. They have a nice patio out back you can eat in. It's a great stop on the way to key west and they only great places for vegans and vegetarians on the way.

packed full - Edit
As we were staying on Big Pine Key, we stopped in to get sandwiches for dinner along with some snacks. There are vegan options on the deli menu including vegan cheese and seitan. I looked around as our order was being made and the store is packed full of nearly everything you could need, including some fresh produce as well. The atmosphere was old school health food store. Unfortunately, there was also meat, dairy, and eggs for sale in the store and deli. Otherwise, a good little place to shop.

Thank Goodness for Good Food Conspiracy! - Edit
I am local, and live on the island. The Good Food Conspiracy is a great combination of knowledgeable staff, good food, and caring people. If they don't have "it" they will have something you can substitute for your need. If you want your "it" no matter, they will order "it" for you. The juice bar offers toasted wraps, fresh "scratch" made soups daily, and a variety of conventional, vegetarian and vegan baked goods, many from scratch as well. There's a small lunch counter inside, and a pretty garden out back. You can eat in or "take away." You can also order ahead for pick up. Good quality supplements, fresh produce, groceries, a juice bar and scratch baked goods too. This place fills a huge void in the lower Keys for better food choices, and I cannot say enough about the kind staff which is exceptionally knowledgeable. Owner, Marney Brown, is a wealth of information, and also has a wellness centered healing practice on site as well. I love this place, and am in the store typically once a day. Thank you to the Good Food Conspiracy, 30 years and still caring for us!

A "deli" attached to a small health-food store. The area feels a little dodgy but once inside we were treated to friendly service and vegan food made to order.

A little piece of health food paradise - Edit
We found place this by accident as we were driving down the keys. When we walked in, we immediately felt like we found civilization amongst a junk food tropical nation. I immediately felt at home. We were not expecting very much of a selection given the location and lack of healthy choices on the keys but our expectations were exceeded. Especially because they are also a small cafe with food, smoothies and fresh vegetable juices. The food is vegetarian with several great vegan options. They carry vegan cheese so you can substitute dairy cheese for the vegan cheese. I got a toasted tofu and avocado melt spelt wrap with vegan cheddar. It was beautifully prepared and delicious. A very good sized portion as well. My husband got the veggie chili to which he gave two thumbs up. They have some vegan sweets - cookies and cupcakes - but no pie or cake selection, which, if you're like most vegans, would've been the frosting on the, well you know. Behind the store is a large, beautiful and quaint garden cafe where you can sit and eat or just hang out and have tea or read or just relax and veg. The grocery selections were excellent along with a large section of vitamins, loose medicinal herbs and teas. What I also really loved about it is the community feeling they encourage by selling local wares and locally grown organic produce. The people that work there are extremely friendly and welcoming. What's not to love?? We absolutely loved this place and will be back many times before our vacation is over. The only negative is that I found the prices a bit too high but when you have virtually no competition, that's what happens.
