Will be back - Edit
They were low on dessert when we went (bout 4/5ish on a Tues) and I was sad their monte Christo wasn't on the menu but I realized it's a rotating menu so the same things aren't always available. Atmosphere is cute! Love the business cards too ✨

Good food, I enjoy the weekend brunch better than the regular menu items . Ive been 3 times, and have enjoyed everything Ive ordered. Great staff. New items/specials each time I have been. Price is high for the portions. I would highly recommend trying and will return.

One of the very best around. - Edit
We’ve been going since they opened for Fabulous food and amazing desserts. Just went to the brunch for the first time, they were busy and food took longer than usual but the atmosphere is always enjoyable. They have the best Peanut Butter Pie I’ve ever had.

Such good food!! - Edit
I ate here once while I was visiting the area. It was such a positive experience overall! First thing I noticed was the trans flag hanging by the front door and it was nice to see it was an inclusive place. I had the Cowboy Dan, which is fried seitan with buffalo sauce, ranch, and some toppings on a bun. It was soooo delicious! The seitan, the buffalo sauce, the bun. All yummy and the kind of food you can’t help but want to savor and make strange moans while saying how good it is after every bite. My partner had the cubano and my bite of that was delicious as well. I’m sad I only got to eat here once on my trip and I’m definitely looking forward to going back one day.

Best Place to Eat in the Bay - Edit
Go on the weekends and enjoy specials like a Monty Cristo or Chick'n Biscuits with Sausage Gravy. They have fresh, homemade donuts on Saturday and Sunday ONLY, otherwise, during the week its GDs DELICIOUS deli food. I am literally salivating writing this review. Go try Golden Dinosaurs for the BEST food around. YES it's the ALL VEGAN, EVERYTHING, 100%.

Great afternoon at the plant sale - Edit
Great vibe at last weekend’s plant sale and good crowd—love that they’re fostering community and connection. Brunch menu somewhat limited but food was very tasty. Handheld cherry pie was delicious as were pressed sandwiches. Great addition to the local vegan scene!

Worth traveling for - Edit
Excellent service, great environment, and quirky and unique decor (loved all of the heavy metal posters and local art). The food was truly worth the 30 minute drive from our condo. Fresh, well prepared, simple, and delicious. Everything satisfied our vegan cravings, including the chicken sandwich, the tempeh bacon, the peanut butter fudge cake, and the waffle fries (which we all agreed were some of the best we’d ever had). Interesting beer and wine selection. Even our carnivores enjoyed themselves. This is everything you could want in low key, comfort food based vegan restaurant. Really cool branding and merchandise as well, available in the restaurant.

Great comfort foods - Edit
Many foods one grew up with, but vegan - everything is vegan! Delicious, service is good. Inside is a little small, and A/C isn’t run too high like most places. They have outdoor seating which is dog friendly - even have water bowls for them. It’s got a millennial feel, clientele is mixed. Not the most young kid-friendly place only because it’s tile floors, & small washroom with no changing table.

Want to show your carnivore friends that vegan food is actually good? This all-vegan deli is where you want to take them. Trust me. Everything they serve here is amazing. My own favorites are the chili cheese fries (yes, all vegan), Cuban sandwich, chili, and when they have it, biscuits and gravy.

Good vegan spot! - Edit
Maybe we didn’t get the best choices on the menu because the Chile dog had a texture n flavor of dog food and the sandwhich was not the best and the Mac and cheeze didn’t taste like cheesy at all-more like a sweet Mac. The brownies were excellent though!

I was nicely suprised. Really nice and delicious restaurant in the middle of the street with normal restaurants. I had just greek salad and their special offer for mother’s day benedict “egg”. Really so good and dog friendly. I can’t wait for next visit.

I have tried every single menu item and have yet to not enjoy something. If you come on the weekend and there’s a special, get it! They work really hard to push out a new item every weekend and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Read moreBut don’t worry because the permanent menu is absolutely beautiful. I particularly enjoy the Cowboy Dan, Tenderoni, Pastrami Reuben, Cuban, Greek Salad, and Buffalo Tempeh, all in no particular order.
Their desserts are baked in house and are phenomenal! They do homemade yeast donuts on Sundays! The best around I swear. They offer local beer, kombucha, and freshly brewed Bandit coffee. Waffle fries are off the chain!
The vibe is very relaxing and unique. The outside patio is smoke-free and dog-friendly.
You really can’t go wrong here. Everything is fabulous and the staff is knowledgeable. Just make sure you come hungry.

Other reviews duelly noted. Yet it was great. - Edit
I read the reviews and decided to call ahead. The guy that answered the phone was polite and did not question why i questioned if everything was okay and if the service was good. He did not get defensive even when i told him there were some bad reviews. So i decided to go. I am happy i did. I ate the Vegan Pastrami Reuben. It was slighty dry so i asked for extra sauce he kindly obliged. That sandwhich was heavenly it melted in my mouth, creamy delicous vegan cheese, great toasted pumpernickel, saurkraut, and amazing vegan 1000 island. Great first sandwhich. Also the Kumbucha on Draft was great although a bit pricey at $6 a pint. They had great deserts. Highly recommended. Bring your meat eating friends to impress them with things they never would have thought could be found vegan. Nice beach vibe. Very cool place. Great service with a smile ✌😁 Maybe they read the bad reviews and changed. IDK but i had a great first experience here, highly recommend & I will return.

Found this all-vegan food only place on Happy Cow and just had to stop by since I was in the area this evening. So glad that I did! The Cuban and cheesy chili fries were unbelievably delicious! Enjoyed an amazing brownie for dessert. I will always make sure to stop by when I’m in the area again - love this place!
