Serves meat, vegan options available. Wine bar at the Salamander Resort & Spa. The large menu of small plates, which changes seasonally, includes multiple vegan suitable choices marked with (V). Examples are coconut curry. Columbus St. cauliflower, kale verde bucatini, and a seaweed salad trio. Open to the public; reservations are recommended but not required. NOTE: Apr 2018 reported reduced vegan options - please send updates. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-12:00am.

Terrible service, discriminatory staff. After staying at the resort for 4 days, we stopped by on our last evening for a cocktail. We were denied service when a table directly in front of us was being catered to, with food and beverages. The excuse made was they ‘don’t serve food during weekdays’ Once again, there was a party in front of us being served??? The staff, including manager, wanted to keep passing the responsibility to one another, and none of them had a reconcilable answer as to why we were grossly discriminated against. Will absolutely not return.
