Closed now :(Tons of vegan options, but the Mac and cheese was extremely bland. - Edit
I really love the atmosphere in this little cafe. They have a lot of healthy options and a bunch of premade grab n go. Chipotle style build your own is good too. I would pass on the Mac n cheese, it needs more flavor and is not very cheesy. The coffee next door is delicious!

The meal I got (cajun shrimp bowl) and their whole vibe was amazing! They have so many different options I hope to make my way through. Quick service, indoor and outdoor seating, and average pricing.

Disappointing first experience - Edit
Ordered the tofu BBQ sandwich. The BBQ sauce was dried out on the slab of tofu, and the edges were hardened from overcooking. I was told by an employee the only topping permitted on this sandwich was guacamole; she said the sandwich could not have any of the other sauces listed on a menu board. The guacamole was thin and watery, and did not resemble an avocado-based spread.

The setting is nice and spacious with a bookstore, coffee house vibe; lots of different type of seating and concrete floors. The counter service reflects kiosk-style menu boards and assembly-style sandwiches and salads.

Read moreAll vegan. I have tried most of the menu items and all have been quite good. The walnut taco bowl is my absolute favorite, tangy with a bite of heat.
