Wow, 😯 this was OMG level delicious

Samuel, a young dude from Cessnock owns and runs this unassuming vegan food trailer at the weekly farmers markets in broadmeadow Newcastle NSW, and the food we tried was incredible.

I can't wait for next week to try some more options it was delicious.

We had the:
Pesto alla genovesi (basil pesto)
And the Zucca speziata (spiced pumpkin)
Both tasted creamy, warm and hearty without being overly filling and heavy.

The plant based Gnocchi was seriously delicious.

Well done, we have been waiting patiently 🙏🤤
