Great Stop! - Edit
At here twice during my trip to Sun Valley. The food was so fresh and delicious. Admittedly, I do find it all a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. However, it was so good I didn’t care all that much. Highly recommend the smoothies.

Overly Priced, Mediocre Food - Edit
I really wanted to like this place. My family and I ended our lake trip early and drove an hour to get here 30 minutes before it closed. After staring at the menu, in shock of the ridiculously high prices, I began placing my order with the sweet, innocent cashier. The manager (perhaps owner) interrupted me and said to the cashier, "oh, I forgot to tell you that the kitchen closed today at 3:30." It turns out that it took us 10 minutes to use the restroom and choose what we wanted, so we were limited to juice, smoothies, or premade food at 3:40. It goes without being said that I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. Since I didn't want to pay $30 for two small kale salads, we chose a celery juice that literally tasted like garbage instead of celery, a bland sunrise smoothie, and a $9 1/2 inch slice of tasteless strawberry shortcake. While I was waiting for my smoothie, another customer came in, placed his order, then grabbed a muffin. He immediately apologized by saying "I'm so sorry I took this without thinking, I'm just starving." The manager stopped mopping, shook his finger at the customer, and scolded him. "Sir, don't ever do that again. We need to hand it to you wearing gloves. That's a health code violation" he said. Again, I was shocked by such poor customer service. We ate our pathetic, overpriced food in our car, so as to not inconvenience the staff cleaning up 20 minutes early, and watched them shut their doors 5 minutes before closing. It's clear to me that they are not interested in pleasing customers or growing their business. We would have eaten here on every vacation to central Idaho, but the rude staff and nasty food is not worth the high price.

One of my go to stops in Ketchum - Edit
I normally am not a big fan of raw food, but I really like Glow. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the desserts are good. I really liked the chocolate torte, and the "peppermint patties." I didn't feel guilty about eating them. Their green smoothie hit the spot on a hot day, and made me feel like I was getting "cleansed" when I was otherwise eating mostly bad vegan food in the mountains. Also they are central in town so I went there almost every other day. :}
