Love supporting this vegan-owned studio! It really feels like home with a great community vibe. And the studio is gorgeous with nice views of downtown. There are several weekly classes to choose from with a variety of styles and levels. They also regularly offer different workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings. They also live their values and are active in the community as well as operating a non-profit, LiveGlobally.
And the weekly vegan breakfasts and monthly vegan supper club are always soooo delicious! All meals are gluten-free friendly as well, and lovingly prepared by local herbalist and artist Lindsey Elcessor.
