Great wine, ok food. - Edit
Very excited to go here based on reviews. Wine pairing, service and views from the restaurant were all incredible. However, the food was ok at best. Recommend stopping by for a drink and skipping the the very expensive tasting menu. We were honestly shocked by the food.

Excellent! - Edit
Tasting menu or a La carte. Vegan and vegetarian options. I had a five course vegan tasting menu that was Michelin level service and food. Don’t miss a chance to dine at this restaurant. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.

Vegan fine dining ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Edit
The vegan 5 course menu is truly amazing. The chef and the team are setting standards here. It is potentially the best vegan fine dining option in the area. The restaurant has a nice design with an amazing view on the Eiger. The service was super professional. The waiter whose name was Rudy gave detailed explanations as to the food and the wine pairings and it was a joy to be served by him.

5 ⭐️ food and service - Edit
The vegan tasting menu here is sensational. It is quite rare to get such high end vegan food, and the quality here was amazing. The waiting service is also perfect, our waiter Rudy was wonderful - he could not have been more attentive or knowledgeable. We really enjoyed his explanations of the foods and wine, and recommendations for local sight seeing.

Five star food - Edit
My partner and I both think this is the best food we have ever eaten. It was dinner, evening entertainment and art all in one. Each course was an astonishing delight, the ambience and views were beautiful and the staff were lovely.
Read moreWe had the five course menu and were rather full at the end. In addition to the five courses, there was a tiny soup, some complex canapés, bread with cheese, fresh cress, basil oil and vegan butter and sweets; plus we were told we could have more bread if we wanted.
The restaurant only offers two choices for the dinner, vegan or not. I noticed three tables of diners around me, all omni people but over 50% of the guests chose the vegan food. Most of the free courses and the desserts were all the same (so, vegan) excepting accompaniments for the bread. Kudos to the chefs for encouraging people to eat vegan food therefore.
Our meal and paired wine were CHF200 per person. For us, this is a huge amount of money and a very rare treat, but we felt it was excellent value for money, especially given the obvious amount of labour and quality of ingredients.
Pros: Astonishing delightful food , Beautiful views
Cons: Other diners eating animal products , Staff describe each course, hard not to overhear

Outstanding. Should be able to give 5 stars! - Edit
As a fan of tasting menus, I was surprised to find this place in Grindelwald, but it’s become a highlight of my whole time here.
Read moreI had the 5-course tasting menu with a vegan wine pairing. In addition to the five courses, I got a surprise sample of vegan hors d’oeuvres, four extra vegan dessert samples, and homemade bread with cashew cheese, vegan butter, and other spreads.
I was sat at a table overlooking the Eiger mountain (though the whole restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows with exceptional views), and the vibe was classy but nothing over-the-top. Upscale chic. I wasn’t the only traveler here eating alone.
The food itself was very tasty, rich, and unique. Definitely come with an open mind and be ready for anything! You will be delighted.
