The appetizers were good, found that the garlic bread was the best there.
The burger special of the house has taste but the cooking time of the dough and the inside did not match, so it was a bit off.
The pizzas are good and with a good taste.
The pasta seemed nice and with taste (according to friends).
I have already tasted the tiramisu and chocolate cake with pistachio ice-cream for desert and they are very good. The cakes and ice-scream were good as well.
Inside the environment looks good and with it's own theme.
The staff friendliness may vary, had good days and days they are just distant and provide very little interaction and assistance.
Has outside seating, just not the best in terms of noise since it is on the side to an avenue.
I won't give it four stars because the best for me were the deserts and that is not the main in a meal.

A massa da minha pizza estava mesmo no ponto (mas não a do meu amigo); os toppings e as respetivas combinações não estavam excelentes, no entanto, estavam bastante boas. Diria que deveriam ter um pouco mais de atenção à complementaridade de sabores e aos contrastes — que era praticamente inexistentes, na pizza de mortadela/salsicha; por exemplo, deveria ter azeitonas ou cogumelos, algo que a complementasse.

A grande deceção foi a entrada, o pão de alho. A massa estava excelente, mas o sabor não estava, de todo, ao nível da massa. O alho estava queimado, o sabor a ervas era demasiado intenso; o prato tinha, de uma forma geral, um sabor muito acre e não equilibrado; foi um verdadeiro desgosto, especialmente porque o aspeto era bom, estava bem servido e o próprio aroma era agradável. Sugiro que efetuem uma revisão da receita, ou que apertem mais no QA/QC; servir comida acre ao cliente, quando não é esse o intuito, não deveria acontecer.
Obrigado pela experiência, já que o espaço está muito bem conseguido e a localização é ótima. Ponderamos voltar novamente, com esperança que o erro com a comida da entrada tenha sido apenas um acaso.
O serviço poderia ser mais expedito, mas não foi critério total de exclusão.

I had ten steak and chips for main and this hit the spot.

Read moreThe place is for sure inspired to Italian cousins but is not, but this is add a nice difference and new taste. I loved the carbonara vegan where they add mushrooms inside, pizza was also nice, good base , but didn’t like the salami. The soup was very good and the stuff super nice for sure a nice place where to go. Nice dessert.

O staff era muito simpático e o espaço super acolhedor. Fui com um grupo de 8 pessoas e muito rapidamente nos atenderam e juntaram as mesas. Comi a cotoletta alla milaneze (tofu panado recheado com queijo e linguine com alho e ervas): o tofu não tinha um sabor muito pronunciado. Para alguns poderá ser um ponto a menos, mas para mim o prato tinha um equilíbrio perfeito de textura e sabores. Tive a oportunidade de provar também a lasanha e ravioli com molho pesto. Ambos muito bons e com bastante sabor, mas a lasanha ganhou de longe! As sobremesas desiludiram um pouco o grupo: o tiramisú só tinha sabor a café mesmo no centro e a pannacotta não tinha grande sabor de todo. Eu pedi o cheesecake de frutos vermelhos e simplesmente adorei. Fresquinho, com uma textura ótima e uma base de bolacha muuuuito gostosa. Definitivamente irei voltar, mas já sei que sobremesas não pedir ;)

Deixo apenas a sugestão de que haja alguma atenção ao menu das pizzas:
quando é referido pepperoni e chouriço são ingredientes diferentes.
E ambas as pizzas vieram com chouriço quando uma delas era suposto vir com pepperoni...tirando este detalhe a experiência foi mesmo muito positiva!
É sem dúvida um dos melhores restaurantes vegan actualmente!

First time we find a full vegan italian, we thought it was lovely. We were hesitant due to the reviews, but it was a great experience. Staff is super nice, place is super cozy and quiet and the food we had was delicious. They have a mid-day menu for 13 euros with drink+starter+main course. Also, it is located in a quieter neighbourhood, with less tourists.

Pesto linguini was good (Im used to my own pesto recipe so Im not sure if this pesto was different or I like mine best. Anyway I really enjoyed it). Tiramisu and pistachio ice cream amazing. We would repeat for sure!

I've been wanting to go to Giulietta for quite some time, and it saddens me that the experience wasn't what I was expecting. Although the staff was super nice (and to be honest it was the best thing about this restaurant) the food was a disappointment. We got the diavola pizza (a peperoni pizza) and the cotoletta alla Milanese (tofu stuffed with cheese with linguini on the side). The pizza was definitely the best part of our meal, although the peperoni didn't really taste great and had a weird texture. The tofu looked amazing, but it tasted like unseasoned tofu, straight out of the package. The linguini was the worst part, it was supposed to taste like garlic and herbs but it tasted like unseasoned pasta and it kinda looked like it went straight from the pan into the plate, it even has a watery look to it. For dessert we ordered the torta al ciocolato (a chocolat cake) which was good but definitely not worth the money.
