Vegan Italian food in FloMo

Visiting my hometown of Flower Mound, I was pleasantly surprised with the addition of a new Italian restaurant that doesn’t forget about its vegan customers. This place has several, clearly-marked options for vegetarian and vegan pizzas. They also have section of the menu with pasta dishes that can be ordered with vegan cheese and eggplant instead of chicken. I was happy with so many options, ultimately deciding on the eggplant parmigiana with vegan cheese. It’s worth noting that the waitress did not believe that any of the bread options were vegan. But with such generous portions and delicious food, we didn’t need anything extra. It was a wonderful meal!

Cons: No vegan proteins
