Lovely vegan breakfast - Edit
I very much enjoyed the breakfast at Gira El Sol. A big platter with rice, patacones and salad. We went there in the evening to have dinner. There was only the menu for 8.000 but without the soup...
Read moreThe empanadas were delicious but the quantity was clearly not enough. We had to share another menu to be full.
Only two flavors of icecream were vegan but the lady told me all of the are vegan. Hopefully i've checked...
I also took the hone made «bread» with peanuts which was delicious.
Pros: Delicious food, Nice staff, Nice terrace
Cons: Mistaken about vegan products, small quantity in the evening

I was delighted to find tht vegan set lunch for only 9,000 COP in Mocoa. Great for I feel rejuvenated after eating here. They also sell a wide range of snacks and vegan cheese!

Comimos afuera y el lugar ahí tenía un olor un poco extraño.
Este es el segundo lugar que conocí en Mocoa con opciones vegetarías.

Very good fixed menu for dinner - Edit
Fixed menu for dinner: Soup, Rice, Beans, Platano with Queso de Soya as topping and a drink of choice (Fruit juice or Leche de Soya). The food was absolutely tasteful and the leche de soya was superb. You can sit inside or outside of the restaurant. We also had a nice conversation with the owner.

Great filling meal - Edit
Had a lentil vegetable soup, main of beans, vegetables and rice with a fruit juice for 8,000. They also have a fridge with mock meats and soy vegan cheeses. Yum! We also got some homemade healthy oat cookies for 2,000. Highly recommend!
